If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. Responsibility of Members: You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program.  Our program is opened to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.  HOWEVER we don't accept any new signup from CHINA.  People from China must contact us to ask permission to join and they must submit a copy of a valid identification document The document must be readable and written also in english People from China who join without webmaster's permission  will be deleted without warning Existing members from China can keep their accounts, but MUST FOLLOW THE RULES AS ALL OTHER!!!  ALL MEMBERS MUST UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Random ENGLISH TESTS will be sent via email. If you fail three (3) times you will lose your account. A wrong click on english tests will be considered as a click on anti-cheat links (see below) You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.  You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses.   Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account.   We allow ONLY ONE ACCOUNT per PERSON & per HOUSEHOLD. Each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP (this means a DIFFERENT IP) to participate in our program. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Paidexplosion will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and pressing the change information link.  Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.  You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.  Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.  You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up .  You agree to receive email advertising from, limited to no more than 20 per day.  In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.  In the event your email account on file is full for 3 (three) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Inactive accounts are deleted after 20 days inactivity moreover in order to be active you must click on at least 10 paid links monthly (at least 6 of them MUST be paid email links). If you cannot click on paid emails for long time put your account on Vacation or it will be deleted!! Members on Vacation for over 35 days  will be considered Inactive and deleted. Furthermore, aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Payments: Members will earn a share of monthly site's revenues Members are rewarded for their activity on the site. Members may earn credits in different ways: reading email advertising, visiting advertisers websites, joining free offers, shopping, participating in site's contest and games .  Members may also earn by referring new members to the program. Members will earn 18% of their direct referrals earnings, 10% of their 2nd level referral earnings, 5% of their 3rd level referral earnings, 5% of their 4th level referral earnings, 3% of their 5th level referral earnings, 3% of their 6th level referral earnings, 2% of their 7th level referral earnings and 1% of their 8th level referral earnings. In order to earn from their referrals activity members must be at least 40% as active as their referrals.   Referral revenues generated with cheating tools will be removed from uplines balances. Paidexplosion will assign from time to time a Bonus for each new referral signup. The bonus will be credited ONLY for ACTIVE referrals.Faked signups generated with the only purpose of receiving the bonus will cause the termination of all accounts involved.   Members will be paid via PayPal (no fee) / Check in euro currency (2 euro processing fee)* . ADDED ON AUGUST 24TH 2005 IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SIGNUP BONUSES  - We will MANUALLY remove ALL Signup Bonuses starting from August 25th 2005. - We will leave the actual redemption options as they are now till we will finish to remove ALL bonuses. After that we will setup new redemptions options based on new accounts status. Accounts of members who have already used the Signup Bonus to redeem for ADS will be restored to the previous status.
